Susan Long	Jodie Cox
Managing Director With over 20 years recruitment experience, Sue is also AAT qualified and is very knowledgeable on all aspects of accounts. All of our accounts and payroll are done in-house and Sue is always able to assist with any queries relating to recruitment or accounting legislation. As Managing Director, Sue is very ‘hands-on’ and works with the team to achieve the best results for both clients and candidates and she has built excellent working relationships within the local business community. Recruitment Manager Jodie has worked for Room at the Top Recruitment for over 15 years and during this time she has completed the Foundation and Certificate award in Recruitment Practice, as well as completing several courses to keep updated on legislation. Jodie is well known to our clients and candidates and during her employment with Room at the Top she has built a trustworthy reputation and excellent client relationships and provides an exceptional service. Trainee Recruitment Consultant Danielle is the newest member to our team and started working for Room at the Top in July 2016. Since starting, she has gained experience in recruitment, client and candidate liaison. Danielle has become a crucial part of the team. She is keen to develop her experience and knowledge and is about to start her recruitment qualifications. Danielle has a calm and friendly nature and is very good at listening to our clients’ needs to ensure the right candidates are selected for prospective roles.
